Question Fuses, Need A Little Help Here...

I found my fuse box just above the dead pedal. However, looks like the previous owner added some sort of kill switch and its a complete mess whoever did the work... Moving on... I found tons of wires coming off the CPU with fuses plugged in, only two of them and my car should have 4 or 5??? What is this? I dont get it. Am I looking in the wrong place? Any help?

ITS FOR AN 88 TURBO II
