Question fuse blown hellllp !!!

hey everyone my meter fuse in my 87 rx keeps blowing and the hoorn blows on its own its soo weird hey u try pulling up to someone at a light and not blow the horn and the thing just blares!!!!!
well the the home fuse doesnt work either ( i think its called the home fuse ) the one that controls the dome lights and memory for the clock well n e ways when i put that fuse in and close the door while the car is off all the lights and e brake light will be on since i have the ebrake engaged when i leave the car well n e ways i would like to know if n e on ehas had the same experience or n e thing like it please share and throw in ur .02 on how to relieve the problem especially the horn problem

Sounds like the CPU is having problems. Has it been re-soldered?

There is no such thing as a "home fuse"... I think you mean the room fuse.

Resolder CPU. I had the same horn problem until I did...I found it rather funny, actually.
