Still really hard to read with misspellings and no punctuation, but I think I gathered a bit of of info.
First off, don't use a 195 lph walbro with a turbo build. The 255 lph GSS-341 walbro would be ok, but 195 lph is a pretty low-flowing pump.
Did the engine run before you changed the fuel pump?
What else changed? Anything? If I had to take a stab at it, I'd say you probably have a large vacuum leak that is preventing the engine from idling. You can't say it's a fuel problem unless you verify that the pump actually shuts off & fuel stops going to the injectors.

But wat about the check connector the fuel pump comes on when I'm cranking it with out the jumper wire. Then when I jump it it comes on when the keys on engine off isn't that how a fuel pump works normally

Rotary Freak
On a series four STOCK car the fuel pump will run continuously if the key is to ON and the fuel pump check connector is jumpered. You should be able to hear the fuel running thru the rails and back to the tank doing t his. Do you?
