fuel system cleaner mixture

quick question guys. a buddy of mine sed i can put in fuel cleaner mixture in my tank, i wanted to ask you guys if it was alright b4 i just go ahead and do it.

In some cases, some concentrated injector cleaner can help fix injectors that are slightly gummed up. But in general, it's all snake oil.
