fuel pump wiring

i recently bought an 86 rx7 that had been sitting for 7 years, i know that gas turns kinda jelly like after so long and theres probably a few things i need to do to this thing before i even attempt to start it. i was going to pour a few gallons of gas in the tank and rock the car and disconnect the fuel lines under the hood and let the pump run all the old shitty gas out of it, change the plugs, oil and water, and dump a few teaspoons of atf in the spark plug holes and make sure the engine isnt locked up before i try to start it, after i replace the battery of course. anyone have any other ideas? or know where the wires are to jump the fuel pump? how about the injectors? should i run some cleaner through them? i understand that these rotaries dont have valves so the valve springs cant be worn out, so thats one less thing to go wrong when an engine has been sitting for a while. i dont know hardly anything about rotaries though, and if anyone can give me some advice on what to do to bring this thing back to life i would appreciate it a lot.

The connector for the pump is located in the rear left by the speaker/shock housing, just remove the carpet panel and you should see the connector.
