Yes, Denso has a better pump. See this site http://www.rx7.com/cgi-local/2catalog.cgi?cat=12&part=1 beats a waldo hands down.

The original part number is at this site http://www.mazdaformance.com/rx7parts.htm

I don't have a vested interest in looking at micro fisch.

The Rotary Performance site says it all. Waldo is ok i guess. cheap. overwhelms the fpr etc. lots of people have them. whatever. they're probably ok. ha

lol, I'm with you hailer I don't often believe in cheap because you always get what you pay for especialy since I am doing a full restore of my 88 tII however sometimes when times are tough, you know. LOL anyways thanks for all the input you guys have given me I'm trying to change all filters and do the basics right now on the engine because I just got it started up but the idle is very ruff you know like 800rpm to 1200rpm, back and forth. Anyways Thanks for the help again.
