Fuel pressure problem

well i have all stainless braided fuel lines run in parallel. i have a aeromotive fuel reg with -6an lines. stock fuel injectors and a walbro fuel pump. the gauge on the fpr says 20 when i have the yellow check connector jumped. i turn the adjust bolt out and the pressure drops. i adjust it in and theres no change. im thinking fuel pump. it tool me a good hour to get it started. there is gas thats 3 years old. this is a jdm engine going into a shell i bought awhile ago that was in storage. thanks alot.

with the car not running your only getting a limited amount of voltage to the pump. once the car is started then you should be able to adjust to a higher fuel pressure. You may want to check the fuel pump pick up sock and also clean the ground on the top of the fuel tank ( this was my problem )

Get that old fuel out of there, add 4 gal. of fresh fuel and a can of Seafoam to help clean the fuel system. The old fuel can do more harm than good and plug up everything. Smelling old fuel is bad enough, smelling it coming out of the exhaust is even worse.
