Fuel mix cleaners?????

There are a number of Injector cleaners, etc that you just mix in when you fill up, do any of these really work?
If they do work what else is should I run though the old 13b to clean it out?

Marvel Mystery Oil is pretty much the fuel (and oil) additive of choice around here. It's cheap and works very nicely in our rotaries.
