Fuel Injectors - Who Should Clean?

I have the old "flooding" problem. When I pull the EGR or is it ERG fuse, turn it over and then put the fuse back in it starts right up.

I'm gonna do it right and pull the injectors, send them off to be cleaned and tested.

Who do ya'll recommend I send them to for cleaning and testing? Also what does it cost?

I remember seeing a bunch of recommendations on here but can't find them.??

Thanks
