NE Fuel and ignition.

I have a 1987 RX7 GXL and my Ignition switch sends no signal down to the starter to start the car and I cant figure out why.

The fuel problem is I am getting no power to kick it on.

Where are the fuses and relays?

What all should I be looking for tomorrow?

Someone please help me on this.... Please!

I had it started after replacing the fuel pump and crossing the starter. I have done what that stuff says. my NEW fuel pump burnt out and not getting power back to the one I put in today. these JDM cars are confusing when it comes to this crap. If someone could help me figure out why my ignition switch isnt sending down to the starter and why I am getting no fuel now I'd be really thankful.
