fuel, electricle.
hi, I have the wiring harness installed in my 89 gxl now. The problem now is that it cranks over but does not start. Im wondering if im not getting any fuel. How can I check for fuel with a tester light. Like at the egi box or anything. Any info would be helpful. thnx

Pull the plugs and crank the engine over fifteen seconds. Should get a fuel mist out of the plug holes. Small danger here, but not unacceptable. No fuel mist? Jumper the yellow check connector on or near the r/h strut tower, turn the key to the on position but do not start the car. Break a connection on the fuel rail and see if it squirts. Talking one of the banjo bolts. Or get a can of starter fluid and squirt in the intake. If car momentarily turns over its probably a fuel issur. If not an electrical/.

Drivers side of the engine bay. The rubber hoses that run from the firewall group of 2 pipes (one fuel supply, other fuel return) to the under EFI assembly of 2 pipes.
