Former Moderator. RIP Icemark.
Most people put on fuel cut switches either for leaking injectors (that IMO, they are too lazy to fix the right way) or for anti-theft reasons.
to get rid of a fuel cut switch, simply remove it and join the two wires that the switch was hooked up to, back together.

help with flooding 86
I am a noobie to these rotary motors and i do believe my car is flooding from the symptoms i have read up on. Now my next question is how do i fix it, i've read about the fuel cut-off switches and i've also read ppl saying "the right way". my question is...what is "the right way". and also where can i get some how-to help on making one of the fuel cut-switch. I am going to research both alternatives and then go from there. a lil help would be greatly appreciated. thanks
