How do u install a fuel cut off?

You mean a fuel cut switch? Look under dash by the steering column and you'll see a relay with yellow plug. It has five wires. Cut the one in the middle (black with a white stripe) and extend the two cut ends of the wire to your chosen switch location. I recommend you put the switch in the plastic panel under the steering column with the little vent.
