Keep pressure on the clutch to hold the torrington thrust bearing from dropping out of position.
When you re-assemble it, use a short tube in the oil hole in the front iron that supplies the MOP, to keep the sealant from blocking the hole.

i took the front 5 bolts out. The pan seal was well done i guess.
on a side note, i found a hole in the front cover by the oil cooler line
