Front camber plate question.
Alright guys i got my dope a$$ turboII and its mostly stock. I just bought some rims with a deep lip about 3 inches. The sucker sticks out of my fender and yes i got thos dang sportmax's 002 16x8's which only come in a -/+0mm offset
. they looks soo nice and im going to put them on for now even if they stick out an inch from my fender. my fenders are already rolled and i got KYB shocks with Eiback springs which is a usual suspension mod for our cars.
So finally here is my Question. I need to adjust my camber and i was wonder if these front camber plates will work with my suspension. I also already bought the rear camber arms from racing beat and should be arriving soon. So will these MK1 camber plates work with my front suspension, becuase if they do im going to buy them asap!

look in the picture section for "finally got new wheels" . There is 3 or 4 of us that bought these and how we got them to fit. I don't have mine fitted yet but am working on it.

CAMBER IS NOT A WHEEL FITTMENT TOOL!!!!!!
Sure it can be used as such, but would you use a $500 precision torque wrench as a hammer? I don't think so. Too much camber will cause accelerated tire wear, decreased longitudinal grip (acceleration, braking), and can cause decreased lateral grip too (cornering).
You should either get wheels that fit, get some overfenders, or get some widebody fenders. Besides, camber plates on stock type springs, even if you can get them to work, will give you a very limited range of adjustment, as the spring will run into the strut tower.

Pull the fenders...
Roll the lip...
Run -6 camber...
Cause das what all da drifters do...
Oh, and don't forget to replace the tires every month cause of premature tire wear from the mad camber...

That and i wouldnt trust anything from that brand i bought some sleeve coilovers and they were crap, it says nothing about it in there adds but you have to do all kinds of mods to them just so they fit, why sell something that wont fit and tell your customers they need to modify them, that just means they arent designed specifically for the car, screw that. you get what you pay for

Thanks for the feedback guys, My 7 is a weekend warrior amongst my other toys so im not worried about the tire wear and all that. I like my current suspension and i dont wanna purchase a thousand dollar suspension for rims i got for $60. AND i dont want to purchase plates that might not even work with my fc
. But it basically sounds like i need to pull my fenders and roll them and get neg camber with the use of new suspension... I was just cutting some corners cuz i dont want to spend that much and i already have nice suspension and already got my rear camber arm rods sitting by my rims. and i was like $100 for some front camber plates sh!!tt might as well but if it wont work, it wont work.
So any suggestions on some good priced coilovers that have camber adjustment??

For a budget solution you can add some Ground Control coilovers to your current shocks, then add some camber plates to those. With the 2.5" springs that GC uses, any FC camber plate should work.
For a good integrated coilover, I reccomend Tein Flex, it's what I run and they're very good units for the price.
Remember, camber isn't the solution, it will make the car handle differently and can seriously compromise braking grip, which could be dangerous and lead to an accident.
