Front Apex seals

Upon further inspection I've discoverd that it was my front rotor that blew. Two of the apex seals were missing little chunks out of them. My question is: is it possible that one of them had blown before? because my car was running kinda shitty for a month or two leading up to the day it completly gave up, but it I only noticed a little power loss in the low mid range. There were only small sections missing from both of them. I figure one had blown before and teh other decided to give up too.

Yeah, apex seals can chip sometimes so you don't notice a dramatic power loss right away.
