Frame Rail Questions

I don't know squat about body work. Let alone the frame system of unibody cars. Basically I just wan to know if this dents/bends look normal, or if the car is structurally unsound.

Example of dents I am referring to.


The rest are just more pictures without the circles.

Well they are from people that don't know how to place jacks or jacks mine has the same thing on it i think it is fine as long as it is not dented too far, yours look to be fine.

I cut out the rusted/ bent areas and welded in new 16ga steel, then made a reinforcement out of 18ga that covers the entire rail.

Not a big deal. Just jack damage, or from some idiot high-centering the car on a curb...

i have the same stuff on mine .. i flipped at first but its just from speed bumps and bottoming out on them (most of mine are near the center)
