Found Wierd *** Problem, How to fix?
when I check the timing on my trailing plug #2 I can't even see the timing marks on the pulley but I can on the trailing plug #1, this is screwing up my idle and means that one plug is firing @ a really weird spot, so what is wrong and how do I fix?? Someone please help me

You should have two marks on that pulley.....The L-1 is the yellow mark....Just time it by that and don't worry about the other....Your L-1 coil is closet the battery mounted ont driver shock tower...

I have 4 marks (aftermarket pulley) the timing is right on 3 out of 4 wires how is this possible?? my t2 plug is firing EXTREMELY advanced or retarded

Are the wires and plugs new? There might be a problem there...Did you mess with your timing because you thought it was off or did you just mess with it because?? just curious why your having problems.....

Keep looking, what you describe is normal, only the T1 plug wire will line up to the mark. Yes, L1 and L2 both line up to their mark, but that is because the leading plugs use a waste spark system, that is both plugs are fired by the same coil at the same time. So either wire will illuminate the mark.
Whatever your problem is, it is not ignition - you just verified that everything is ok in that department. Check the usual - vacuum leaks, TPS, temp sensors etc.
