Foglights on the S5s are H3C type.

My friend got a set called nokya, for like $20, and they look pretty good on his new Tacoma. I'm tempted to get a set for my S5 vert's fogs as well. Ebay has them (yellow ones) from $12 shipped all day long...

Is $20-$30 just for a bulb? That's crazy. I recently bought a 50 W bulb for a non-car purpose for $1.80.

You can use the regular H3 bulbs, you just have to do a "slight" mod since the H3C have two prongs, while the H3 ground off on the housing and only has one wire coming off it. You need to add a wire from the housing to the ground side of the harness, and plug the H3 positive into the positive side of the harness.

Cheaper, more widely available, work fine.
