I just dont trust those ss autochrome (or similar ebay brand) brand kits... you get what you pay for and at under 100 bucks, you cant expect much at all. Id suggest spend the extra $ and go with a Greddy. If not you can get a custom one made. Can find good cores for $200-$300 and the piping for another $150-$200... dont have any info on that though, but have seen them done for that price or less.

also if you can find one, a stock evo8 intercooler with work. might check some forums and see if anyone has one for sale. takes some minor modification if i remember correctly.

Get a misc. ebay set of piping, and get a BEAD welded on the ends, and use all silicone couplers/T-clamps. SERIOUSLY, not doing all of this (ESPECIALLY the bead welding) will cause you some serious hose-poping woes later on.

I think someone on the forum bought one of those black intercooler piping kits off ebay. When they got it it wasn't black it was just regular unpainted piping.
