Flywheel resurfacing -- Good place in So. Cal / Good aftermarket clutch?
Hey guys...
Just got my series 5 j-spec motor, and was wondering if anybody knows of a good shop to get the flywheel resurfaced @ in southern california (pasadena actually...).
Also, the pressure plate looks similar to the flywheel (little smooth indentations all around it) -- is it time for a new clutch?
If so, what do you recommend in the way of aftermarket clutches? (i'm shooting for 300-375 rwhp eventually)
Thanks!,
Manolis

He charged me $250 for resurfacing the friction plate on my aluminum flywheel, pressure plate to match the amount of meat taken out from the friction plate, full kevlar clutch and T/O bearing.
Don’t have experience with ACT but I heard theyre ok.
