Flushing the Raditor? Tips?

I am going to fluch the radiator tommorrow and it is very simple but i was wondering would it be smart to do this in 40 degree weather? any tips to make this process faster or something that i ouldent notice. and what anti freeze do you suggest for me to fill it back up with? thankx in advance

Any old antifreeze will work. If you've got the money you might look up PurpleICE coolant addative. Stuff works wonders. When i flushed mine i just ran a hose threw it to run it all out. Then stuck an air hose in it to get anything else out.

Edit: Also you'll need to drain the block. But i couldnt find the plug for it so i just pulled the heater hose just under the oil filter.... while your there check to make sure its not getting soft on you.
