Yeah.. pics would be helpfull... seems as though you are talking about rust or damage to the floor pan support up under the dash... but... i'm pretty lost..

I think it's parts of the frame? I'm not sure myself that's just what the guy said. I looked it up and it showed drawings of what looked like parts of the frame.
