Flooding while running?

Well this has happened I think 3 or 4 times now. First time I was just idling in a drive-thru. The car died for no apparent reason. I used my fuel cut-off switch and started it back up. Now while driving, the car has lost power. Its as if the gas pedal doesn't do anything. The first time I was real low on gas so I thought I just ran out. I waited for my dad to come bring me gas but tried to start it before he got there and it started right up. Now it happened and I used the fuel cut off switch again and had no problems after that. Is this happening simply because my injectors are dirty? I am about to change the fuel filter and run some redline fuel system cleaner, think this can cure it? Thanks alot.

Ya the only thing I can think of is dirty injectors. Happened again in the McD's drive-thru today. I know right what to do now but am just hoping it doesn't get worse.
