flooding Need help
Just did a rebuild to the motor about 3 weeks ago. I have about 10 miles on it due to the weather i havent been able to do much driving. Yesterday i turned the car on and it was idleling fine for about 2 minutes then it started to stumble and died. Opened the hood and there was a very heavy gas smell. I tried to turn it back on while turning the fuel pump on and off but it wouldnt start. I pulled the plugs and the 2 top ones were covered in gas and the bottom ones were dry. I went and got new plugs and it turned on right away then about 2 minutes later the same thing happened. before yesterday it would turn on fine and idle fine but when i would try to drive it it would stumble a little on ACCEL but it wouldnt flood or turn off so i thought it was just because of the new motor needed breaking in.
Anyone have any opinions?

sounds like a vacuum leak in the intake system, if the leak is large enough the AFM's fuel pump switch will close and the engine will die from fuel starvation.
go over the vacuum and intake system thoroughly to be sure there is no leaks in the intake system. also set the timing and TPS if you haven't done those yet.
