Fitting FD brakes to the FC - GB related
Hi all,
After looking around, the only thing I've found is someone just saying that the front FD brakes can fitted to the front of the FC (5 lugged equipped). Is this fact or fiction? I actually know a guy with an FD that has calipers that I know were not FD spec - and we are guessing its FC calipers, so I'm thinking this is possible.
We are arranging a GB on larger J-Spec '99 RS/RZ spec brakes for the FD - thru Jason/RX7 Store and Precision Brakes - and may be of interest to you FC guys if this can work for your fronts as well. Please chime with any thoughts in this thread:

Thanks!

The RZ/RS spec calipers are essentially identical to the '93 '95 FD's except that the mounting points are different to accomodate the larger rotors, and the front calipers are wider (because the RS/RZ calipers widened from .81" to 1.25").
