I don't think I can wait two weeks for a catalog to get here, lol. Can someone that has the catalog please take a look and see if it is in fact in the same one and how much it costs? Thanks.

I have the catalog and I can't find it anywhere. I placed a picture of the body kit page below. I also have the front and side skirts from finish line and now I'm debating wether to keep it or not.

I think mazdatrix sells the kit or a replica. Doesn't have that wing tho

If you don't keep it would you consider selling it?
The ground effects in the catalog look similar, it's kind of hard to tell with a black and white page though. I thought that one spoiler looked like the finish line one, but the catalog said GTU-style. No sign of the roof band.
That original price invoice is awesome! I didn't know that the pin stripes were an option. The original kit looks crazy expensive though. The date on the invoice was 87, it seems that perhaps the kit was available in 87 then. That price seems really high for an S4, what trim line is your car?

The Mazdatrix one looks like the Victoria British one. Still just black and white pics though. At least I could probably call Mazdatrix and find out for sure.
If I could at least get the gound effects part of the kit I would be happy. To be honest, I didn't even like the wing until I saw it in person, it looked a lot different in the sales brochure.

The model of my rex is Turbo II. I never even noticed the pin stripe option on that invoice. Even if the original owner got it, I wouldn't be able to tell because the last owner got a cheap macco paint job on it.
The front and side skirt aren't in the best of shape. They have a bunch of scraps underneath them, paint bubbling or clear coat cleared off, and the front has a small crack and the driver side. I was going to remove them this week just to see if they also painted under the pieces. If I liked how it looked, I was going to leave them off.

I' m pretty sure there has to be paint under them. The package was dealer installed so the car should have been fully painted before the kit was installed. aero's car has the roof band removed and it's painted under it.
My car needs repainting anyway, so as long as they are reasonably intact to the point where a body shop could clean them up, I don't care. You only have the front pieces and side skirts though, right? If you decide you don't want them I'd like to buy them from you, I'd have to see pics first though. It won't be for a while either because I'm getting my exhaust done this month and that'll put a pretty good sized dent in my car parts fund.
Thanks for the help everyone, I really appreciate it!

That page was posted earlier by SuphaG. It looks similar, but aerorx-7, the only guy that can really tell if it is the same, doesn't think it's the same. Apparently the whole aero package should consist of 14 pieces, whith the ground effects part consisting of 8 pieces. It is possible that the parts that go on the fenders are actually part of the piece that goes on the bumper, reducing the number of pieces to 4, but even from my pictures that doesn't look possible. VB's kit looks the same as Mazdatrix's, so maybe I will call Mazdatrix to see what I can find out.

I may come into a parts car that has the Finish Line body kit... This also includes a glass sunroof. Is that part of the Finish Line package?
Did the entire kit come as a complete package, or could the ground effects, spoiler, and hatch wrap around be ordered separately?

I have a 1988 Finish Line Catalog that the dealer gave me when I bought my car. It shows all of the parts separately as opposed to a kit. Also, there are no aero side pieces in my catalog, just two spoilers and "splash guards" which look similar to the Sport aero pieces. The glass sunroof is called a "transparent moon-roof", it was advertised as having a tint that blocks 93% of the sun's rays, was available in either S.A.R. acrylic or tempered glass, and there was an optional wind deflector for it.

I think the '86-87 and '88 Finish Line offerings were different. I agree that in '88, there was no "package" combining the glass or acrylic moonroof with any aero stuff. I suspect in '86-87, the moonroof was available separately from the aero body pieces.
If anyone is interested, I have scans of the '88 Finish Line catalog pages for RX-7 in one of my photo albums:

Not to thread-jack, but I think it is interesting that that at least in '88, Mazda Finish Line offered a version of the 15" BBS wheels similar to those on the 'Vert but with gold paint inside the spokes. I've never seen a set of those. They must be seriously rare.
