FD alternators, how many users is here?

I read somewhere on this forum about using a GM alternator that pushes 120 amps and can be easily customized to fit our engines. I think it was ReTed that did this.

I have an FD alt. too, but it's not installed currently because the pulley sheared in half when I had it on
So yes, I would definitly be interested in a dual belt FD alt. pulley.

My alt pully i got sheared in half too! Damn GM stuff.
LOL.......i just took the dual i had and made the hole bigger. It was a upgrade anyway
with the FD alt i still get some dimming but life would be impossible without it.

Tony, I think Ian and I are going to buy one of your ALTs pretty soon. I know I need some serious voltage soon, since all the electronics in my car are giving me 11.4 V at cruise...ugh!!!!
PS: I don't think that 1987RX7guy should have been banned permanently. Don't the mods realize that in today's society no one is responsible for their actions anymore. This forum should adhere to those standards.

Seems a little severe to me to ban someoen for life just for mentioning his problems? Actually seems a little harsh to ban them at all for speakin of their problems but if your going to why perminatly?
