good guy

Silverrotor is very quick in responding and sending out parts, that's how it was with me, at least.

I asked him for a part at around 3 pm, we talked for a bit, i paypal'd him by around 4:30-5
i come home at 10:30 and check the boards, a pm from him saying he sent it out.

That's less than five hours after the transaction, guys.

Awesome.

Thanks again, Silverrotor!

As I mentioned In my other thread, I was unable to PM no one yesterday. As a result - I've allowed the weekend to pass before the ending of FD Alternator sells. Fair enough?

I have a handful of FD Alternators fitted for the FC In Single and Double Pullies left. For those whom are Interested In a Kit - PM me...I maybe able to help.

Overall, I am very Impressed of the outcome and how I like to think that I made a contribution to the 7 community In having several FC's running with a solid Electrical System. I may under take this project again, I may not. Wait 'till you see the next project to come...

You sure have... wait a second - did you say next project? I dunno what it is but if it applies to my vehicle, I'm already interested. Any hints or a timetable to watch out for?

Hey, this could be fun, what are you going to hook us up with cheap this time?

My experience in purchasing an FD alternator from Tony went extremely smooth, like many others. Thanks again!

Unstuck? ...yeah, Postal time does take a considerable amount of more time shipping to Hawaii.

Coming very soon. I'm waiting for Aaron Cake to come back from Revolution. I'm sure It'll float ones boat for a few. I'll just wait so he can get some pics up.

Hey, forgive me if I sound stupid... but what is the point of putting an FD alt on an FC?
Do you guys have things that drain your battery a lot? I got an S-AFC but that dont put any load on the battery does it?

You caught note of that, eh John? The project went **** up before It started. I would have bought It, assessed It and probably went with It. Oh well, I have my name on the waiting list. Hopefully, I can add to that thread - In time.

Hmm, It's round, chromed and ribbed. Seriously though, I'll just hold off and If It Is a go, I always keep In mind to literally "have no competition" due to the slashing of prices, respectively. Thanks Jerry!

Just a note on Postal services...I've found the US Postal Service was abit sluggish In updating their site. I have had members tell me they updated It at the time of crossing, others at the time of the Kit arriving and others mentioning after the Kit made It's way to the shipping address. Weird.

Anyone else Interested, let me know.

I have a lot of electronics:

EMS
2 E-fan's
Stereo
2 Amps
Boostcontroller

The Series 4 FC alternator cannot supply enough to keep my battery charged. I hope that the problem is now solved
