FC Vert with FC2000 Front no sleeks
#26
Always wondered what a white FC looks like with a RE front end and no sleek lights OR what a FC looks like with the full RE front end and GP sides/rear. Didnt think Id see it all in one though.........looks insane with that paint job! You definitely have to post pics when you get the volks on and Id love to see where the hell this project is going.

Thanks guys! I have 2 sets of rims. I decided not to go with VOLK pro 57. Instead something more expensive! Junction produce Deep dish 18 X 11 J 255/35/18. Had the rims pop out more to give it more drift look! pics pics pics...

with headlights pop up. They look kind of wierd. Lights are poped too high. I might just have to disconnect the pop up motor and let the lights run direct. Signal lights withh be on soon. I use motorcycle signal lights. For better light source. I'll put PIAA foglights on the foglight holes. Of course with 12000K HID.

some people might ask why not put the mash on center. well... Soon there will be intercooler there. Once I have the FD engine on! It's going to have TD06 25G single turbo kit. I'll use Kazama headers. I think the best header of all.

I'm sorry, but I dont realy like it...
I mean, I like the car, and it looks gorgeous, and it is some realy nice work...
But, there is something sinister and fugly about the way the RE bumper looks with the flip up lights. I know 100% that RE made 2 styles of that bumper, one like that, and another with more rectangular looking opening for the sleek kit.
I think that for this car, the other one would have been a better choice.
Agian, this is only my personal opinion, and I'm not hating on it like the others.

I like it a lot, I think the curves of the front end flow so much nicer now...
...with the headlights down. Haha.
Not to be a fanboy, but I'd like to see how it'd look with a sleepy eye. Perhaps it'd close the gap between the headlights and bumper enough so that it'd look more...complete?
In any case, those going with Shine's FC2000 should definitely consider this route when dealing with their headlight situation =p
Oh, and nice wheels

yeah I'm blind. I blame it on the lack of coffee and the amount of work I had yesterday. I still think it's sexy when the lights are down. Once they're up it's a whole different beast. Try painting the black headlight surrounds in WHITE!!!!

I had to take a second to laugh when I saw those rims. Not because I think it looks fugly or anything, but because I think it's ridiculous how perfect those rims are with your kit/paint job. Super sexy dude, awesome job! I envy you.

Actually, do you mind taking a night pic of the light patern with the lights down?
Thanks man

Ok. Pop up does look bad. So I disconnect the pop up motor. Also put on our vented headlight cover. Soon the front lenses will be on. So vented headlight cover helps a little.

i think it looks kinda evil with them popped up, get some shortened rods so they rise up only about half as much abd you'll be golden,i cant say i'm a fan of the wheels either >_<, but just b/c of fitment
