AL fc turbo swap wiring

Anyone know if it would be a problem to use a N/A battery side wire harness on a s4 turbo motor?

None, as long as you're using the NA EM harness, which is what connects to the ECU. Click the link in my sig. for details on using it.

The you have no plug for the alternator, and will have to run a new pair of wires. The NA EM (emissons/ecu) harness has the plug on it, while the turbo EM harness does not. Turbos normally have the plug on their engine harness (which is what you called a battery harness), but since you don't have that either, the plug is missing.
