For a 86 n/a the pump puts out about 80psi, but the fuel pressure regulator regulates the pressure to approx 38-40 psi when driving and about 28 to 32 at idle. Thats out of my head and real life experience. I can't look at the factory service manual right now because I won't get off my butt.

Butt, if you want accurate information, go to http://www.iluvmyrx7.com and just download the FUEL SECTION. Its free and more accurate. No cost. Or go to http://www.fc3s.org and download the 88 manual and download the fuel section. Its free also. No cost.
