I'd look into other splitters before forking mega $'s from the dealer. There are others out there. I don't know how good the fit is, but if it was me I'd do some research 1st.

I just got 2 estimates from local dealers as I'll be replacing mine soon - (courtesy of Dept. of Transportation if all goes as planned)
You can order new parts for about 20% off thru Russel Mazda in Baltimore. Their number is 800-638-8401.
The P/N for the one-piece lip is: FC-17-519-H0A (FOLLOWED BY YOUR PAINT CODE, Example "UC" for Crystal White). So yes, they come painted.
I've seen the Demonspeed splitter and it doesn't have enough mass; the oem looks better The Corksport Mazdaspeed copy isn't pre-drilled or painted, so I'm staying w/oem and then getting a FEED when I re-paint the car.

www.rxecret7.com sells them for $600 shipped, but there's a guy over on www.teamfc3s.org that says he can get them for $450 shipped. I'd have to post a query to find out who it is - don't remember off hand.
I was going to post a pic from the first link, but they changed the pic and it's too shadowy, can't really see it very well.
Ahhh - there it is...

i actually like the OEM lip better than the FEED, but that's jus IMO. Plus $300 painted is a good deal considering that you'd pay over $100 to get it painted well.
