Whats the deal with these?

where you fit them and disadvantages and advantages??

That looks like it will fit the piping on a turbo car, similar to the elbow on the turbo throttle body. I suppose you can make it work on an N/A too...

I assume those can be used to add methanol or similar injection into engine to cool the air mixture during combustion, or you can use them to inject more fuel into your car in addition to the 4 injectors you may already have. If you don't need extra injectors or fuel requirements you won't need this type of holder at all...
