Exhaust question

basically, late this year I plan on doing my exhaust, and the three that I'm looking at are the A'pex N1, A'pex GT series, and the Mazdatrix full dual exhaust. the only reason I am looking at the Mazdatrix design is because it is a full racing system heahders to mufflers, and they boast a 28% power increase.

Has anyone had any experience with any of these?

I do not care at all about the noise. How sensitive is the NA 13b to backpressure. I have heard that the GT Series is too wide open.

This isn't a big deal yet, but I would like to at least know what I am saving for.

I am currently in the process of buying one(MAZDATRIX) myself from a guy on the forum and he says it was pretty good and not loud at all except when you gun it but who would not expect that. I think he said you can bearly hear it at idle. I believe him because if you think of it that is a complete pipe with pre-silencer and muffler for each rotor instead o f both in one pipe. the back pressure to activate the 5th and 6th ports on s4 is provided from the pre-silencers and won't mess them up. I have heard that the n1 is kinda loud and it is only a catback I know nithing or have heard nothing of the GT series. I know the mazdatrix system is over a G new but think of all you are getting and it is not really that expensive IMO 1200-1300 plus shipping but the n1 is usually about 6-700 plus the pre-silencers and headers that shiet adds up man. My worthless two cents is the maztrix one I do not have personal experience yet but will soon if you want to wait about a month and a half I could tell you how I like it.

Also the mazdatrix setup allows you to remove the emission stuff if you have an s4 if it is an s5 you have to keep the air pump for the 5th and 6th ports to opperate. But removing that stuff is good for loosing so weight to even out a little of the extra pipe the exhaust adds and lets your engine rev up a little faster. Also give you some more room in the e-bay. It IS ILEGAL though in almost every state to remove emmisions on a street car so watch what you do.
