exhaust leaking near one of my muffler

I installed a stock dual exhaust system onto my 1990 fc with two cats. I noticed some smoke coming from the rear driver side by the wheel when I'm at idle for a couple of minutes, mainly at traffic lights. After reaching my destination, smoke is indeed coming out of my driver side muffler Y pipe area.

I only put the exhaust on because I need to smog it in California. Is thia going to be an issue? What about daily driving it for a bit? Would it be fine?

thanks for reading.
