Exhaust Concerned Question

I have a Bonez DP and Borla Catback, I used to have a custom MP connecting the DP and the CB, then I had to get a cat put in their, the place that did it hacked it up and when I took the exhaust off the freaking cat fell off because it wasn't even bolted on...****. So I thought if I bought the Bonez MP from Rx7.com it would bolt up smoothly, not the case it is too short. Now I was looking at various sites for a long MP, and I found the corksport DP was longer than my current DP. From the pick it looks like if I buy that DP my mp will bolt up to it. I think it will all be flush because the MP that cork sport sells in an EXACT FIT for the stock main cat, RP claims it's MP is an "EXACT FIT" for the stock main cat, put 2+2=solution right?? Let me know your thoughts and we "will touch base" as Bambinin would say. Thanks in advance.

for the bonez downpipe and cat/ midpipe. you need the stock short peice that goes between the stock precat and main cat. it bolts between the bonez peices as well.

That's my problem, I don't have that, that's why I was asking about the Corksport DP, or can I just go get me the "short pipe"from some where? That would be a good alternative.

I'm sure you could have one made, if you can't find one.

I had the same problem as you when I had to swap a cat in. I just got the 3 inch downpipe from corksport that bolts to the main cat (it replaces the precat and the stock connecting pipe) and got a bonez high flow main cat replacement. Fits perfect.
