Ever heard of this?
hi,
i was told that i should put 2 in 1 household oil by 5 tablespoons in with my gas to fix a somewhat smoking problem. it isnt that bad but the guy told me that that would clear it up. what kinds of things should i do to re-lube all the seals for the car. it hasnt been driven that much and i dont want any seals to go bad. what kind of oil do you guys recomend. thanks for your time.

just dont use his advice. you probly just have some nasty carbon buildup. i would run some seafoam through it to clean it up and see if it seals a little better. do a search for "water trick"

Shoot the guy who told you that.
Excessive oil smoke, especially on a hige mileage (anything over 100k miles) engine, is usually due to worn o-rings or seals.
Either or requires a rebuild to "fix" and none of that seal-it **** on the store shelves is recommended to treat something like this.
That's the bad news.
The good news is that the rotary engine will happily run even with increase blow-by like that.

was just wondering if it was oil smoke or whatnot, and if so, then yeah, shitty... but curious if it was maybe something else, which its probably not, but curiosity always gets the best of me
