After reviewing old photos of the Original rebuild before this last one. I have found a picture that shows what counter weight i had on. It seems to show that i have the correct weight on. I will see where i go from here

flywheel
I had a flywheel resurfaced by japan2la and when i put it on my motor i had this nasty vibration,really bad nasty vibration.I changed the flywheel and clutch for my old double plate setup and the vibration went away.........just saying

i've also seen it when you lose a clutch PP bolt a vibration similar to this occurs but an improper flywheel resurface would also do it, if the flywheel wasn't chucked properly.

I think it is the Flywheel. Now that i think about it. I went on a 250 mile road trip and it wasn't this bad.
Something isn't right. The vibration has gotten worse. And i didn't change anything. That's the problem when i replace to many things at one time. Its harder to pin point what the problem is

They are fine. The engine mounts are stock. But not broken. I replaced those more than once.
But now i don't know how to test the flywheel. If i were to take it off. Unless i fork out 350 bucks for engine Balance test. But I think i have to take the whole engine apart again.
But i guess i should just recheck the bolts first. And make sure the flywheel seated correcty. Maybe the pressure plate and Flywheel were balanced together at some point and the pressure plate didn't get put back on at the same location. But i dont know if that would create the vibration i now have

not sure how to test it either, you could eliminate the clutch as a suspect by installing a bellhousing and starter on the engine without a clutch in the car or just pick up another used flywheel. you may find something in the bellhousing that is causing it during disassembly but at this point you may consider the engine needing to be torn down and inspected if you don't want to fork out for random parts like clutch/flywheel again.
your front hub should also be replaced, it looks gnarly and could cause a slight imbalance since it is missing random material. also be sure there isn't crap caked inside the pulleys, i have seen that cause issues before. removing all the accessory belts and pulleys would isolate that.
i would take the flywheel back to the shop that resurfaced it and see if they can chuck it up again and see if the surface is true. if it was machined offcenter then it will have more mass in varying spots, resulting in an imbalance.

The key is in. I think the Flywheel would just spin on the Eshaft would it not? the key is very strange though. As the bottom is curved and the top is Flat. So when ya put the flywheel on it likes to shift.

Glad i read this instead of posting another thread, mine did the same thing, no vibrations after swapping flywheel/other junk for like a thousand miles, and now i have a terrible vibration at about 3500-4000. but no vibration past that really.. and it's actually load dependent, full throttle i get very little vibration, decel i get very little vibration, but when at cruising throttle, and slight acceleration, it vibrates terribly. think this could be a flywheel issue?

I might be pulling my engine out agian because i cant figure my problem out.. But i hate changing flywheels and whatnot Because i know that the front weight and rear weight and rotors are balanced together. I will Prolly pull my engine and make sure the flywheel isnt wobbling before i take it off. I like to find the issue so i know what it was. I could take it all apart and get it put back together and it could be fine. But then agian i wont know what the problem was. I hate these issues as they are Hard to pin point

Engine Update...
Update. So its Over Im done. The Front counterweight was the wrong one. They are both weighted Tottaly Different. I reset the front Thrust washer stack to make sure the washer would not pull out.
I reved it up to 7 k and sure enough It passes in my book. Very little to No vibration. I Lucked out. All is good in Rotorland.
