ok.. well, i figured out the clutch problem! somehow, the forks spring wasnt on the pivot ball... it really looked and felt like it was, but when i actually got the spring in, it snapped in... thats when i knew it was really in there... so we quickly put the engine back in.... (unfortunatly, i was so anxious to see if i fixed it, i forgot to put my centerforce pressure plate back on DAMN!)
things that got done this weekend......
-reinstalled the motor
-got clutch hydraulics working
-reinstalled all interior from the seats back
-put all engine parts back on
-installed oil filter relocation kit
-started to install fuel system components
heres some pics.....
interior as of yesterday
interior today
engine as of this morning
engine as of now......

That's looking really nice, Jesse. I'm really happy to hear you're going with meth injection.
Did you buy a FRAM oil filter just because it's orange? Personally I would have went with the shiny blue Purolator PureOne.
PS, how are you going to monitor water temps? I might have a gift for you...

Intresting ... why the remote mount oil filter?
Also, that seat belt mounting looks real sketch. I always read you wanted the mount point around the level of where your shoulders would be. Because in a collision you would get squished down by teh belts.
But what a clean install...that is a farking big turbo!

the seatbelt thing is odd... i got the bar from a company who specializes in cages, so id have to trust them.... but you make a very good point! seems fishy.. ill have to look into it further
anyways... heres another update..... the car is at lucky 7 racing right now getting all the finishing up done.. (i.e microtec install, fuel lines, turbo install, blah blah)(guitarjunkie28 is doing the wrap up on the build, then tuning it)
heres some pics of the progress since my last post

my only problem with the filter spot is if u drop any oil on your hot exhaust then u get a nice flame (or can) I would personally mount it somewhere else and maybe hanging downward
either way it looks BEAUTIFUL I am in AWE
