Question Engine oil

Hi All,

I have a 88 FC Turbo II and I live in Virginia the summer weather here is quite hot and humid. What kind of oil should I use? I'm currently using Castrol 10W30, is this OK? Or should I change to higher viscosity and weigh?

Thanks guys

He he, that was funny!
Use the buttons above the text window. You'll soon figure out how to do it manually. The info at the bottom is called a signature. Go into thr User Control Panel and click on Edit Options. You can type your sig in there, including links to pics. Make sure you check the Show Signature box under the text window.
BTW, if you've made a mistake in your post (or three...) you don't need to make a new post. You can just edit the original one using the Edit button.

I run 20W-50. Best lubrication for hot weather, from what I have read around here.

i would suggest using 20w-50 i use vavoline vr1 racing oil and it is the best stuff around i think its easy on apex seals and it is turbo approved so i would suggest using that stuff it runs for about 25$ a case at autozone
