Talking EMS or Nos? Help

I have a 1989 GTU's that I bought about 2 months ago from a guy that got it from a brother or friend or something like that that was going into the army. Anyway i bought it for cheap cause he didn't really know anything about it and I just wanted it as a parts car cause I didn't really know about the GTU's. Anyway I drove it home with bad seals and noticed that it had a lot of power. Every gear I put it in I fish tailed and I got up to 100 before my buddy in his miata got up to 80. The back of the GTU's says Venom on it. I have seen that this is an EMS and a nitros company. My question is, is there a way to tell whats been done to the car before I take the engine all apart. THats my plan, but I was wondering how would I tell if it has an EMS in it or if its been set up for nos. Thanks.

do you see like a whole lot of wires ran randomly through the car or anything? or are there any realy shiny parts under the hood that are not covered in grease like the rest of the engine?

really sound like it...
why would he part out a car with no problems...
if he cant tell the diff between ems or nos, how would he know the seal is bad
now he and his mad scientists have to rip apart the block to replace those piston rings he fryed....'

and anyways, venom and nos are competitors.... why would venom sticker mean nos?

Dude, you know everyone calls nitrous oxide "NOS". And you know that Venom makes nitous oxide products just like NOS makes nitrious oxide products. So you should be smart enough to know that a person seeing a Venom sticker could plausibly wonder if there were nitrous oxide on the car.

There is no Venom400 performance chip made for the RX-7, and there are no Venom nitrous kits made for the RX-7.

While it is possible that the car has a custom nitrous system, it is highly unlikely that the previous owner left the bottle filled and the valve open, and didn't tell you about it.

Anybody can put any sticker on any car.
