Exclamation Emmision Removal Questions (and vac rac questions)

Ohhkay, well I've had quite a bit of downtime with the car since the shipping cmpany is taking there sweet time about getting the tranny here. In the mean time, I've decided to get rid of some useless (imho) stuff.

1) Airpump...
2) aux ports are stuck fast, i've been working on them for a few hours. I already have an e-air compressor that puts out 10psi lined up for the e-aux ports.
3) Acv gone, freaking mess of vac lines though.
4) vac rac (w/o the pump and acv.. is there a use for this?)

So.. I started unplugging the 35,000 vacumn lines from the car. I unpluged all the solenoid thingies from the vacrac and throught that the vacrac was just mounted to the block. Wrong? Ok so it appears that the vac rac is part of an immesnse and otherwise fugly complex of hardlines running over the top of the engine.
1) Can I just pull the vac rac /w hardlines off.
2) Just cap all those damn lines off?
3) Already blocked the acv off (dry fit until i get ready to acv the acv in with acv gasket maker). I've got a split air block off, but my brain farted and i can't find where the hell the block off goes. I remember where the split air pipe was at, but I don't see how the hell the block off woudl work there.
4) What vac lines do I need
5) The vac lines (or pressure lines) running to the oil injectors, cap, bleed, or run to the intake manifold

* I have read quite a bit, searched a bit too.
* my goals: - clean engine bay, simplify it. No air pump. No vac rac (if poss). I have no cats, no emmission laws. Blocked ACV. Have Block off for split air and BAC. Unsure weather I want to remove AWS. Its 20 deg f here, so its not super warm working outside... The Ac compressor belt is cut, ac oil radiator ripped out, along with lines. Just haven't devised a way to get rid of the ac compressor w/o first taking out the ps pump.

Basicaly I want to get rid of all vac lines I don't need and make installation and troubleshooting for the future as easy as possible. That vac rac always made me squirm, and now all its there is the mounting tabs w/o sensors and I think "I have to take this completely off, because theres no way in hell I could understand how to put this back together"

Thanks everyone for your help. If My digital cam was around I'd snap some pics of a dirty (but cleaner) engine bay.

And everyone give sonicrat hell for not having my transmission here yet j/k.

Thanks!!

I should add that I do expect to be replacing...
Coolent lines
Fuel lines
Vac lines (don't want many anyway)
and oil cooler lines

I don't really care to replace the oil injector clear lines because they look preformed and look like a pain in the ***.

thanks
