Emissions problem.

Hey I live in New Jersey and they have pretty strict emissions standards i have an 1986 Mazda RX-7 non turbo. I failed for HC it was pretty high over what the allow. Um i was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this? Thanks let me know if you need any more info, also if anyone has it i'd like to buy from you a/c parts and the passanger side door hande. Those 2 things are broken on my car i'll pay well. Thanks.

there is a small writeup in the FAQ thread at the top of the 2nd gen forum which could help you pass the sniffer.
