emissions harness question

I am in the process of piecing my 87 t2 back together. I bought it in boxes pretty much.

I am going through and rewrapping most of the wire harness in order to clean it up a bit. While going through the em harness I found one area that is totally cooked. Most the connectors are barely hanging on, or even completely seperated from the harness.

In the pictures below, are the b/w wires going to the port air solenoid valve and the split air solenoid valve the same wire? I seem to be one b/w wire short in this area and I believe this is what the wire diagram is telling me, but I wanna be sure.

all the b/w wires tap together as it goes closer to the ecu so yes you can pretty much tap into it

Thank you! That is exactly what I was after, and had decided the fsm was telling me. Just wanted to be sure though.
