dude i feel you, i have the same problem. ok check your cats to see if you've toasted them...i know i did running mine at ~850ppm for HC and around 5.00% for CO. also check to see if you have any vacuum lines misrouted. my t2 had one hose hooked up wrong and it brought the CO down by 2%. also give us more info on which car it is.

There's a troubleshooting table in the FAQ that someone will post here. Like me.

Ok, car is a gsl-se. It has a 13b 6port from a s4 in it with all emissions blocked off and a full rb streetport exhaust to go with the streetport motor.
Pulled off the RB exhaust and put on the stock exhaust mani, all cats (in good shape), and a brand new catback. Bolted on the ACV and the airpump to get it to pass emissions since it is for sale. Ran thru and well that is where I am now.
Car has maybe 40 miles on this setup.
the 2ndaries are blocked off since I am running the stock gslse ecu.
other than that the tb has been modded.
I can make the car pass, but I want it to do it on its own for the new owner.
