What are "flashers"?
Turn signals, 4 way emergency, FTP [flash to pass]?
What switch do you use to activate your "flashers"?

Lights in the dash don't flash or the outside turn signals don't flash? If it's all of the outside lights it's a fuse or a connection in the dash, if it's the inside dash lights, it's a blown bulb.

If its not the bulbs (in dash, or outside ones) then change the flasher thing that you hear clicking. I had one go bad a few years ago.

put your hazzard lights on and see if they work. it's a different fuse/ relay.

Replace the blown fuse, and/or resolder the CPU. Searches will help you with the CPU resolder, fuse mentioned above.
