electrical connector help

I found a yellow electrical connector located on the passsenger side shock tower its yellow and inside an black rubber casing what is this suppose to be plugged into my car is an s4 TII

No, it doesn't plug into anything. That is the fuel pump test connector.

ya..RR is right on the money as usual.If you jumper that conector with key ON,then it activates the fuel pump.You can check for Fuel leaks that way.Also adjust an Aftermarket regulator to your liking(pressure).
