Electric - no turn signals/hazards work
My turn signals seem to be not working, however my hazards work just fine. I've checked out a couple posts here pointing to the CPU or the fuse. Can someone tell me where I'd find the fuse for the signals? Also when my hazards are on the rear passenger light doesn't work. The auto part store said I might need a new signal/hazard column whichll run me $300 but I don't think that's it.
Ps. I'm mechanically de-clined.

At the bottom of the CPU are two plugs and one has 7 wires. In this plug are a Green/Red wire and a Green/Yellow wire. When the turn signal lever is set to right turn the Green/Yellow wire should have power w/key to on, while the Green/Red wire will have voltage when the turn signal is set to left turn w/key to on. If this does not occur then the turn signal switch is damaged or the fuse is still not good. The Black/Red wire at the turn signal switch should have battery voltage w/key to on. If it does that would prove the switch is receiving proper voltage (fuse good) thus the switch is the problem.
You can disconnect this plug at the CPU to check for voltage under the two scenarios mentioned.
