Electric cooling fan

So I have a 91 NA with loaded with the fully loaded except AAS and ABS now I try to find the connector for the electric fan on the radiator and I can't find it. Is it possible that my car doesn't have it on it?

I don't find the Fuse for it like it shows in the Service manual (maybe looking in the wrong place) and I don't find the connector for it.

So is it possible its not suuposed to be there?

Anyone know for sure?

Thank you

It's not on the radiator. On S5's the temp switch for the electric fan is on the back of the water pump next to the ECU's thermosensor.

Do you actually have the fan?

thats just it I am like 3rd owner and when I pulled engine bay apart for work I saw no fan, and didn't even notice the fact there should be one till looking through the service manual.

So I don't have a fan right now... and I saw no thermal sensor on the back of the water pump, which is why I asked if its possible its not even there.

Not all models came with the fan, so if both it and the switch aren't there, chances are they never were.
